Depending on the type of timepiece that you express an interest and enquire about, The usual waiting period can be between 1-4 months approximately. We ensure to keep our clients updated on the time it takes to source the timepiece all the way through to the shipment period.
How can I pay for the timepiece ?
You can pay for the timepiece via a credit card (Mastercard or Visa), Bank Transfer or PayPal. We Use Stripe payment method to process payments securely, via 3D payment within the Stripe system that provides an instantaneous safe transaction.
What determines the total value of the timepiece ?
Many factors go into determining the total value of the timepiece. Such as, the condition of the watch, the year the model of the watch was produced in, how scarce it is, materials used, insurance, shipping and taxes.
What Shipment method is used ?
We use FedEx as our courier service to ship the timepieces around the world. Any products of a certain high value, we use a private security courier to ensure timepieces are secure during the shipping process.
Am I insured of any damages or theft during the shipping process?
All products are insured throughout the shipping process, we will inform you of any inconvenience that occurs during the problem and make sure to rectify any issues that do occur and provide constant updates.

To Sell your timepiece with Montre De Luxe, we welcome you to send us an email regarding an enquiry on selling a timepiece, describing what time of timepiece you intend to sell, what year the model was produced, the condition of the model and the reason behind selling your timepiece. Once we have an understanding we will be more than happy to guide and assist you with selling your timepiece.
Does my timepiece come with warranty ?
Every time piece purchased through Montre De Luxe, comes with a international warranty, the duration can vary depending on what the brand offers.
